In light of yesterday's robbery-suicide, Mr. Dagley is concerned with the BPD's policy of pursuing criminals in school zones or residential areas.

FYI -- a gentleman called to say that police vehicles are exiting onto Washington St. too fast w/ what seems to be little regard for the fact that there's a park as well as Kid City in that same location. He noted that cars often do NOT have their sirens on. He suggested that maybe some hedges should be installed along Washington as they are Lincoln, to help prevent kids from going onto the street, it seems to work as a deterrent. (This man lives and works in the area)
