trash and cat litter not allowed in recycle
trash and cat litter not allowed in recycle
no notice/per resident/ Missed pick-up/recycling: Says she sits hertrash/recycles on Elm St from her back door - this time recycles were missed.
She is purchasing this house and there is a pickup sitting on the corner that is being used for trash. This has been sitting for there for some time. Also, the house at 1002 W 6th is overgrown and is trashy.
The owners of this residence are continuing to let this building fall into disrepair and are possibly pursuing a "demolition through neglect". There has been substantial improvement to this structure since I moved within view of this building in March of 2013. This has led to the building becoming a public safety hazard for both the Near Westside and Prospect Hill neighborhoods.
There appears to be a water leak underneath the medium/easement in front of the house at 934 W. Kirkwood Avenue between the bus stop and the tree.
High grass at the N.E. corner of Kirkwood & Elm.
Grass has not been cut at all this year. House is vacant
High weeds at the corner of Elm/Kirkwood
High grass and weeds causing a line of sight problem.
Neighbor complained that residents at 934 W. Kirkwood are not putting tags on their trash; therefore the trash is piling up. She also reported that she thinks the rental is now 4 units, because she said that 4 people reside at that residence.
