THE GRASS IS 2 FEET HIGH IN THE BACK YARD, AND THE FRONT YARD IS 1 FOOT HIGH.

This neighbor's grass is about 1 foot high, and he never mowes his lawn. He also has two german shepards who play, ect. in the back yard. There is doggy doo all over the yard. It really smells and she would like these two things corrected.

1. LOGAN HAS A RUN-OFF PROBLEM FROM THE AREA TO THE NORTH OF HIS PROPERTY. IT IS CAUSING A DRAINAGE PROBLEM IN THE BACK OF HIS AND HIS NEIGHBOR'S YARD. 2. LOGAN STATES THAT THERE IS A DRAIN PIPE GOING TO THE SEWER IN HIS NEIGHBORS BACKYARD. THERE IS A LARGE HOLE WHERE THIS DRAIN PIPE IS AND THERE IS NOT GRATE COVERING THIS HOLE. IS THERE A CODE THAT STATES THEY HAVE TO HAVE A GRATE.

Hello a car hit the street light in front of 2205 Laurelwood Drive yesterday

The left turn arrow to turn on Franklin Road lasts literally two seconds. You cannot get more than 2-3 cars through it, even if everyone is paying attention. Meanwhile the light that lets motorists turn left out of the movie theater area, stays green for what has to be 1-2 minutes, and there is never anyone sitting there. I know we need to be patient with the construction, but the bridge is backed up bad enough as it is, without having the stoplights not synchronized correctly. Thanks in advance for your time. -Dominic
