Every time it rains, it ponds on S. Clark St., 5th St.& Jefferson St., and 5th & Overhill Dr.. could we improve this.

At Roosevelt & 4th, there is no sign indicating the 90 degree bend in the road. As a result, many drivers are traveling too fast for the turn, or drive into the alleys where 4th and Roosevelt each dead end. Can we erect an arrow sign, or some type of indication of the turn? (Also, check for adequate street lighting of intersection). Other members of Neighborhood Association concerned.
