trash was way overweight, hazard to guys. sanitation director picked up anyway, making note since this is not first time resident has phoned in regarding putting two trash stickers on trash to make up for over wight problem.

Trash in yard and a rat has been seen out side of this address. Caller wanted it noted that children live here. I suggested that they call the Health Dept. Re: Rat.
Please check the weeds/grass on N. Walnut, close to Burger King. The entire street looks bad.
