Behind Lowe's on North Gates Drive: dirt/sand collection on sidewalk. Very hard to navigate in wheelchair when dry. I'd imagine it's a mud puddle when wet.
This light is back on timers and no longer using the magnetic sensors. Do we know why they were changed? It has been a few weeks since noticing this one and others on my route to work. Seems to cause undue delays and traffic backups with no cross traffic in sight at 5am. Thank you!
In the early morning, the light is constantly turning red westbound even when there is no traffic in other directions. It will turn green shortly but then quickly turn red.
