This building has a water leak in the main supply in the pit in front of the building. It is has been reported by fire inspection company while looking into repair of their line. It is believed to be before the meter and on the city side.

The psi coming to the house is reading way too high--a plumber came out and measured the water pressure at 120 psi, which is way too high. According to the plumber, it has been potentially causing several problems in our house recently, including water heater valves to break on our new water heater, dishwasher leaks that led to us replacing the unit, pipes to leak, various faucet problems and damage to several parts of the house. After dealing with HVAC related to this yesterday, this morning we've discovered a leak in our kitchen plumbing that is now causing additional damage to the cabinetry. The plumber reported that high psi measurements are happening all over our end of town due to the city turning up the water pressure to accommodate new development. The city needs to address this issue, as it's posing a risk to so many of the existing homes in the area.

Constant water discharge from MC Highway Dept Outlet 43 pictured above. Inspection of first upstream storm drain (690) of outlet 43 revealed no flow. Property owner reported that CBU has previously repaired water line between outlet 43 and storm drain 690. Water discharge is at a constant rate, even during periods of dry weather.

Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Our water usage volume has almost tripled in Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023 compared to Oct, Nov and Dec of 2022.From about 11K gallons to around 33K gallons per month. Something does not seem right. I believe our facilities manager did have a plumbing company look to see if they could find any issue but I don't believe they did. Can someone take a look at this issue?
