Ms Dwyer contacted me last week and I met her at her house this morning. She is concerned about a sinkhole forming in her yard again and the amount of water that ponds on the south side of her house. This is a historical problem. We made some storm improvements in the alley east of her last year and hoped that would help solve some of her problems but she still has issues and would like to know what she can do. I told her I have asked our crews to video the storm sewer that runs along her yard to make sure the pipe is sound. I told her I would also check our sanitary sewer videos to make sure the sanitary sewer is sound. I explained I would be out of the office for about a week and would get back with her in a couple weeks to let her know what we have found.

Allison Oeding, the property owner of 4445 East Moores Pike called Wednesday, March 22nd around 3:40pm to complain about a reoccuring problem that she has been having over the past year. Her property is adjacent to the old water pump station. At this water pump station it seems as though people have been placing sticks and leaves along the side of it. On two seperate occasions during this last year, she has had to clean up this area because it has been attracting things such as wasp nests. This person regularly parks their jeep in the grass in front of their house. It's an eyesore to customers of my business next door. I expect my report to remain confidential. This person also regularly has yard sales, which I think I understand is not allowed. I will submit that report separately (it will be my second report for that issue).

This person has regular yard sales (at least once a week), which I think I understand is not allowed. Please do correct me if I'm wrong. It's an eyesore to customers of my business next door. Don't know if this can be addressed or not (as I don't know if it is a city or private street light - I assume it is a city light) but we live at Dixie and Dunn and the street light at that location (on the south west corner of Dixie and Dunn) goes in and out and flickers consistently throughout the night which can be disturbing when trying to sleep or when our 10 month old is trying to sleep. More importantly, it reduces visibility and safety when it is out. Unsure if this can be addressed but we'd really appreciate it! Thank you much.

I am not sure this is the right venue for this issue. There are very often parked cars on Lincoln St to the north and south of University in the yellow (no parking) area. These cars park nearly to the corner, making sight lines for those turning off University onto Lincoln very challenging. I have never seen these cars ticketed, and they do it constantly. Most commonly they are there on the weekends and in the mornings every day. Some oversight of this issue would help a lot
