Ongoing sewer smell coming from general area of Cascades creek running behind our house. Always an occasional issue but lately (past few weeks) a very PUNGENT odor happening multiple times a day. Possibly a pipe is leaking?

There has been a car there for a fucking year and a half every time i go there it’s gets more and more banged up it looks like someone has broken in multiple times and it honestly gets in my nerves that it doesn’t even have a ticket and it’s been there for almost two fucking years bro. there’s a busted window a pried open door and everything in the dash was stolen over time
Watched 2 homeless people shoot up heroin or god knows what outside the McDonald’s. Could we maybe do something about this? It is scary and unsafe.
There are two vehicles that have been parked in the McDonalds parking lot for over a month. The blue van is not in a parking spot but in the yellow lines for the edge of the spots and a white cargo van next to it. The white van has no plates and the blue vans plates are from Alabama and expired plates. I have seen the blue van sliding door open for multiple days in a row and now am seeing people just randomly going up to the vehicle. It is attracting homeless people to the area in which the AAA dumpster has had suitcases left in the dumpster area only left for others to retrieve. Not sure if drugs are involved but they are making me nervous to come to work and leave my car out there.
