At or near this address, tenants are keeping food waste (for composting?) in a nightstand or other piece of furniture. Pat called Hallmark about it, who said they'd talk to family. But she says it is attracting skunks and rats, and that there is a definite rat problem in the neighborhood.

Has 10+ bags setting out with no stickers. A small refrigerator too. We did take one trash can full of trash that had stickers, that was all taht was stickered. Neighbors are now complaining. I am sure it is a move out.
