Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.

There has been a couch in front yard for 2 weeks.

Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?
