Headley is a gravel road that has been iced over since the first major snow. Many of us at the end cannot access the main roads with our vehicles. Headley is in desperate need of salt for the ice to melt.

City seems to be deleting and ignoring requests/complaints made through this forum. Yesterday I came home to find one of my trees had been cut down by the city. It is a tree I purchased and planted 10 years ago. With no prior notice, or any explanation, it was cut down yesterday. I complained on this forum last night, ticket #165085 and it was assigned to Charles Brandt. I checked status this morning and the ticket seems to have disappeared. I can find no record of it. I also did not receive a response of any kind. Charles Brandt did not address my issue, respond to my issue, or try to resolve my issue. City response to it's voting citizens, who the city works for, needs to be addressed. What happened to my original complaint?

Yesterday I came home to find one of my trees had been cut down by the city. It is a tree I purchased and planted 10 years ago. With no prior notice, or any explanation, it was cut down yesterday. I also did not receive a response of any kind. The tree was bought by me and no reimbursement has been offered for the city destroying my property. The original complaint was submitted properly, and assigned, and removed from the system without a response from the city. I demand an explanation and I will not be going away until this issue is resolved.
