trash in alley behind structure, trash around property

There is a big ditch that has developed over the last year that needs to be fix in the front of my house(1008 East Thornton Drive) It is on the main street(Thornton Drive)Can you please have someone out to fix it soon? With winter close it will be extra dangerous to park there.I think it just needs to be filled in with gravel. There is not a lot of parking available there because of the ditch. Sidewalk obstructed by vegetation 611 n Washington

Huge amount of graffiti on the back of the Stahl Furniture building. This size faces Washington street and is clearly visible in all of its criminal glory as you are driving south on Washington approaching 1st Street as it crosses S Washington. I know this is private property but can the city offer to correct this for Stahl or at least let Stahl know about it. It really makes the area look seedy and especially Stahl.
