There are 2 unleashed pit bulls living at 149 Willow Court 47401, with an irresponsible owner who letting these 2 pit bulls out in our yard causing life threatening to our tenants who are residing next door to them.
Could you please let the owner know that he is responsible/liable to the risk of the people who live in that neighborhood? You do not have to wait until these dogs attacked people in order to do something about it. Please take actions now!!! Thank You!

The grate cover of a drain in a parking lot here had fallen into the drain. The drain is located inside an HOA called Madison Park. We got the cover out and reinstalled it, but it is bent and needs to be replaced. Would this be a City responsibility or the responsibility of the HOA? Thank you for your help!
