Mr. Resh received his bill from Insight Communications with an additional $3.00 charge for additional channels to his basic service. He doesn't want the additional channels. He stated that some of the channels are duplication and that they run the same programs at the same time.

Mr. Thomas sent in a letter regarding work that the cable company did in the utility easment behind his home.The cable company cut through a electic line causing damage to appliances in his home that he wishes to be re-payed for the appliances, as well as the bill from Cinergy for the repair of the electic line.The bill will be forwarded to the Construction manager.
