Trash bags are allowed to sit permanently in the front yard, there is trash in the back yard, and usually at least three bags of beer and whiskey bottles.

Tenants here leave bags of garbage out all the time without tags.
Opposed to TCI dropping WGN. Will look into purchasing antenna or satellite dish.
Resident states that the monthly bill keeps raising. An increase of $1.00 this month was attributed to the franchise fee increase. The resident stated that TCI told them that the City was asking for more money, and that this increase would have to be passed on to the customer. It is really hard for people on fixed incomes when the bill increases every month. Resident states that his bill has raised every month since he subscribed to TCI.

RESIDENT HAS RE-WIRED THE HOUSE AND IS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. iN REGARDS TO THE CHANGE IN CHANNELS, HE CONTACTED TCI AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A CORPORATE DECISION.
