Report of glass in middle of the intersection of Tapp Road and Weimer Road. Looks like a broken tail light, but all over the intersection.

There is a recurring pothole on the right side of the road going in the direction of IU campus. It was filled maybe last year or so but has fallen in again. This is causing cars to swerve around it and, since it's on a hill, this puts them in danger to hitting oncoming cars.

I have reported this before, and the bulb was replaced. However, the light still is OFF more than it is on, and this makes me feel very unsafe. Can this be adjusted to NOT go off at all? It is very dark in this area when this light is not on. Thank you!
