#16842111 is the last case number for the same problem. The creek behind our house is once again dirty. This has been checked before and happens intermittently and I try to report it when I see it. Apparently, someone upstream is doing something they shouldn't be doing.

Dumpster everyday overflows with trash and has debris scattered around dumpster, including rotting food and hypodermic needles. Area requires being picked up daily. Monroe County Health informed caller that he needed to speak with HAND. If problem unresolved, caller will contact us again.
Dogs never taken out and apartment full of shit and piss. As well as 226 always yelling at her little dog as well as smoking drugs in front of her.
Large pine tree (within residence land) fell on a tree (on parkway /treelawn). Pine tree has been removed today, but tree in parway / treelawn is badly damaged on top. Worried broken limbs will fall on kids walking to & from Childs Elementary School and/or hit cars or obstruct the street.
