Lots of trash bags piled by the house on the alley side. Some bags have been torn open.

The second house on Wilson Street (going East) from S. Walnut Street has trash piled at the side of the house.
Suitcase laying in the empty lot between 510 & 516 S. Mitchell. The suitcase is open and full of clothes.
Lawn is overgrown; needs mowed.
Backyard is full of junk and the grass is unmowed. This is rental property, and tenant is rarely there.

abandoned station wagon in back yard (parked on the lawn), another car parked back there that never moves. grass too high, back yard just trashy.
Tenants refuse to cut lawn/which is now over 3 feet tall. The yard is generally unkempt, and neglected. Owner is Jwaidah? Managed by Alice Reed (who I notified 2 weeks ago)
Tenants consistently refuse (wk to wk) to remove refuse cans from streetside.
Ms. Kielhl called last November (AO # 2655) regarding dead tree which she says is in utility easement. Tree is rotten, ugly and a hazard to kids who play near there. Tree is in NE corner of her lot. She feels City or utility co. should have it removed. (I know that Lee checked this out last year, but I don't recall how it was resolved. She says she never heard from anyone.) Someone had Davey Tree trim it, but she says it should be removed.
