Our ticket #175393 was closed. It states that the tree cut down by the city could not be replaced due to utility issues. We are ok with that and fully understand. However, is it possible for the stump to be removed? We keep cutting the new growth on the top of the stump, but it does not look very good.
There was a single white pillar added to the new bump outs on Allen Street. But the bump outs have not been planted or painted. There are new speed bumps but they are not painted nor are there signs. Is the allen st project ever going to be completed?
Today and always when there's been heavy rain over the last years, 1st Street floods in our stretch, because there's no drain in the block between Stull and Fess Ave. where we are. At our house, the water hits the curb of the alley in such a way that the entire grass patch and side way is flooded, making it dangerous to walk on the side way. I'm attaching a picture of now, when the rain has already become more steady. I can provide a number of short videos we've taken over the years to document the problem. Please, consider installing a drain or let us know what can be done about this. It is dangerous for us, our toddler son and our visitors. Thank you!

Drain in skate park is clogged.
Pedestrian sign hit and fell over by moorespike/renwick roundabout
Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
A homeless individually, who has made a camp under the B-Line bridge, is urinating in open view. This morning he pulled his shorts down and exposed himself. He was within the view of multiple offices. There is also an excess of trash and junk.
We have multiple potholes on S. McIntire Rd that leads to the medical buildings such as ours (2920 S McIntire Rd). Can you please have these filled?
