There is a tree on the northeast corner of Walnut Street Pike & Winslow Road that causes a line of sight problem. The branches on the bottom need to be trimmed off. If you are going south on Walnut Street Pike your line of sight is blocked for traffic going west on Winslow Road.
The sidewalk ends abruptly in a very dangerous intersection. This turn needs to be improved for pedestrian safety. The sidewalk should not be on only one side of the road, particularly in such a dangerous location for pedestrians to cross the road, just to have the sidewalk reappear only meters away.

DIRTY WATER
For Council & Mayor Offices: The whole near west side within city limits that leads to what everyone considers the actual west side of Bloomington (whether in city limits or not) is being very poorly zoned and utterly bad development. The city never prioritizes parks or other greenway features - or even just simple street trees and better vegetation requirements. All the businesses over here continue to get gigantic parking lots and the less popular zoning cases (i.e. rehabilitation centers) are pushed to the west side. Where are these items on the east side of town? Or north? This is inequitable zoning and use of resources focused only to east side and downtown residents. We want to see better.

Right light is out.
The left turn signal on eastbound Winslow to turn north into Walnut is way too short. It's allowing 2-3 vehicles maximum per green arrow. It took 3 light cycles for me to get through. This arrow used to be longer before the detour on Rogers. Classic City of Bloomington government to push all of Rogers traffic into this turn lane as the detour and not get the lights working with the increase in traffic flow. Go check it out please! There is a significant pothole here, not wide but fairly deep, right where a car's left tire lines up when turning from the left turn lane.
Man hole was uncovered, blew my tire and caused damage to my car. Police report number is B25-11744. Police officer stated the city of Bloomington legal department would cover the damages. I have contacted my insurance company as well.
