Citizen called in to report that for over a year raw sewage has been coming out from the apt. # 2301. Caller stated that mgmt has known about this problem and they just put lime dust over it. Caller also stated that the sewage runs in to the parking lot and on sidewalk.
This is the citizen's second complaint on this property. There is raw sewage coming from apartment 2301. It is running down on the citizen's patio.
Limbs are growing out of control. They are now blocking the line-of sight. The caller said the limbs are between graham & ralston and near Countryview apts. That was the best address she could give.

My air doesn't works properly , I've been complaining about this issue since last year. I have AREA 10 working with with me trying to solve this , she and my doctor has gave doctor note for them to know that i cant be in a environment like this. They haven't came to fix this problem yet. I stay in country view apartments.
Property owners at 2500(elderly) have multiple ramshackle sheds in their backyard, wired with power but undoubtedly not up to code. Their fence bordering 2504 is literally made from garbage and is falling apart into the yard of 2504. Its a Fire hazard and a pest hazard, I see raccoons and opossum going in and out of their shanty town sheds all the time.
