Last year, we had city crews working on the sidewalk hazards, which were not yet completed (the section of the sidewalk connected to the driveway has sunken, which was not the case before. Each time we drive in or out, the vehicle experiences significant vibrations. A city manager previously visited and advised us that repairs should be completed before winter; however, this was not addressed at the time (I understand everyone has been busy). Since then, the issue has worsened and now requires immediate attention. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

The sidewalks on our street are dangerously raised. This issue was first reported about two years ago, and we also notified city crews in person when they were here for other work on our street. The sidewalks are used daily by children in our cul-de-sac, which makes this a serious safety concern. Additionally, tree roots are growing under the sidewalks and into our front yard. Our lawn care provider even expressed concern that his equipment could be damaged by the exposed roots. These issues require immediate attention from the city.
