The asphalt is deteriorating where it meets the end of the driveway. The gutter area is also full of road debrief which will soon wash into the storm drain 50 feet away.

10th and Pete Ellis: would be awesome if there were pedestrian signals and a request button to cross 10th. In the evening, peds must wait for traffic to trigger the light so they can cross.

at the corner of Smith road and Morningside drive (sw corner), an empty house is being used as a weekly site for a huge yard sale. it is clear that the items are being brought to the location. traffic is a mess and this already busy intersection.

There used to be a port a potty at the That Rd parking lot on the Clear Creek Trail. Why was it taken out? That was a nice half way point when walking from Tapp to the Church Rd. Parking lot. Please replace it. Thanks
