There is a broken pipe jutting out from the road that is missing its cover, and the exposed section of pipe has a jagged edge that could possibly puncture a vehicle's tire.
Around 9pm tonight (Sunday 3/29/2020) the Chocolate Moose on Walnut had a crowd of probably 15-20+ people inside. A big group was congregated inside together to get ice cream. There were also people congregating outside of the business and on the sidewalk. How is this okay? The Governor's order for the state of Indiana says we cannot go out for non-essential trips. The federal government says we cannot be in groups over 10 people. The crowd at Chocolate Moose was violating all of these rules. Can the City take action or should the state or county health departments or a police agency be notified?
LED street light at the intersection of S. Walnut and W Smith Ave is out. This is not a Duke light. It's at the northwest corner of the intersection.
There is pothole the side of 18th St near Grant St that is about a foot wide.
There is gravel on East Allen Street especially at the intersections of Palmer, Dunn and Grant. It's on those cross streets and extends into Allen. Allen is a designated bicycle boulevard and avoiding this gravel forces bicyclists to ride toward the middle of the street.
There is no street sign at this location and wondering if this can be remediated. Thanks, Marle
These two cars have not moved for at least 2 years. The van is rusted out with flat tires. Is this allowed within the city? It is unsightly near my home.
