Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. She further stated that she does not feel that trash trucks and snow plows are not able to access this street.(address is approximate for complaint entry

Ms. Vent states that the parking needs to be removed from Hawthone and Hunter Ave. Ms. Vent stated that she witnessed an accident there recently and that with allowed in this area it makes it impossible to see oncoming traffic. The house across the street from 318 E. Smith Avenue has problems with trash piling up in the yard. The citizen has talked to the landlord but the problem is still happening. Citizen stated that the residence was on the corner of Grant & Smith and that the house faced Grant Street.
