Letter dated 3/10/04 from Emogene H. Carter for property owned by Harold Carter stated at the end of Jan., Util. ofc. was called to check on overcharge of $28.41. Later, a copy of account breakdown was received confirming overcharge. Correction did not show up in either February or March bill.
My utility bill is almost $200 a month. I have had a Plumber make adjustments to toilets to ensure none are malfunctioning. I’m wondering if there is a leak somewhere. Could you tell me if you can help assess this? Thanks
Our water bill has been extremely high ever since we have moved in due to water leak and running water. About a week ago the city of Bloomington came out and fixed our system outside of our home. When I called the receptionist said our December bill looked normal but our previous bills are not normal. We should have a 0 balance and some type of credit on our account after paying hundreds of dollars for the past few months. Now we are receiving a disconnect notice after just paying 200$.
I have moved from this address. I canceled service on 11/3/22 with Confirmation ID: 194967-2493. The last payment I made was 12/6/22. However, I just received a bill for 1/1/22 to 1/31/22 (yes, the bill says 2022, not 2023) on this address. I do not think I owe the money on this bill and now would like to question if I did owe the money that I paid back on 12/6/22. My new address is 5696 S Handy Road, for reference. Hello, I paid my final water bill for the property I was renting last school year at 1514 E Maxwell Lane, Bloomington, IN, 47401. The company I rented through (Costley and Co) requires me to get a statement from you saying the water bill has been paid in full. My bill does not seem correct. I have gone through the past year of bills and the water usage and the wastewater usage have always been equal. This month it it showing my water usage as being 7, which is much higher than normal, normally a 3, and the wastewater usage is still at a 3. Is there a way to find out if this is correct or not? Doesn't seem right to me.
Is the Wastewater Usage charge of $46.56 a new item or an error? If error, will the overpayment be credited on the next billing cycle?
My water Utilization is up by a factor of 4 from past months. There is nothing that we are doing to dramatically increase water use. Either past or current metering is in error or there is some kind of major unknown usage.
