Citation #25204400447 issued 2/7/2025 to my vehicle a silver Subaru Forrester for $30.00 indicates that I did not pay to park. I have enclosed my receipt that I, in fact, DID pay $3.50 for up to 9:14 pm and I also have my receipt from Discover card showing payment to Park Mobile starting at 6:14pm for $3.50 but wasn't able to include more than 1 photo. I have other photos of proof, 1 with details that I had paid from 6:14-9:14 but we left around 7:30. Another one sent at 8:59 pm from Park Mobile that my session was about to expire. At that time we were already home. We are elderly and obviously handicapped, please take care of this issue. Contact me at 812-345-5677 if you need further proof that I paid to park. Nuisance light prevents peaceful enjoyment of our property due to glare and light trespass of unshielded light on south of this house, not facing the street, shining on our property. City selectively failing to enforce the code: Glare. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so as not to cause glare at or beyond the property line and shall not be aimed toward traffic. Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line.

Huge bushes. Creating hazard for neighbors. Has been told.

It seems like every trail at Bryan Park that is near a tree or a bush needs to be trimmed. The trail that goes through the middle of the park and the section of trail on the north side of the tennis courts are the worst. You have to duck and dodge to get around. Bushes and trees or encroaching on the trail from the sides and then tree branches are hanging down creating hazards to hit your head on whether you're walking or biking. The parks department needs to go around the entire park and trim everything. It's a mess.

The sign for the Woodlawn shelter has a piece of board that has come off the signpost. The board is currently leaning against the sign. It's an interior trim board that needs to be put back on or replaced.
