Over the past year and a half I have asked HAND and Sarge Rentals to remove the garbage cans from the tree row of the 600 block of University St. HAND finally tild me they were fining the rooming house at 624 S Fess. That did not help. I asked Sarge Rentals to remove the Rumpke trash and recycling bins once they switched over to Avas. They did not. Now the Avas bins are in the tree row along with the Rumpke ones and another waste basket (see picture). When I moved here 30 years ago I went to a city meeting to complain about the trash at the rooming house. The problem was remedied by placing a dumpster in the alley behind the building. That was replaced by the Rumpke bins. None of the residents nor Sarge move the bins from the tree row after trash is taken. No other homes on University St behave in this manner. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO REMEDY THIS EYESORE!

The toilet in our half bathroom gurgled, churned, and spewed water for a solid 20 seconds, to where the water came up and out of the toilet and there was a strong smell of sewage. We have had root issues in the past but we saw a turck in the neighborhood and maybe it is a mainline pipe issue? In any case, we'd prefer someone knows that this impacted our house.

Hello, this is in reference to #199395 that my wife submitted. it appears that they only had covered over less than half of the bad road. Our neighbors yard was also just run over the other day and somebody came back to put hay on it. Our curb also gets run over and has damaged our trees before. This is to ask if we could put some sort of guard rail or not a rail, but a guard pole to keep cars off of our properties. And to report the unfinished roadwork. Thanks for your time. This Man just got dropped off by a Man who almost hit me going about 25 mph by mailboxes. No clue if this is his scooter. He needs to be respectful or use city bus which has a stop here . 3410 Oaklawn circle

I just sent in a report at 4:10. This is an additional comment. My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. Maybe they do anyway I don’t know. Thx

Owners have not been home since around 11am on 11/28. Their dog has been left outside since in below freezing temperatures. Unsure if any food/water was left out.

Two issues at the same place. At the crossing place along the creek east of the basketball courts and the nearby bridge. 1) a tree branch has cracked and bent on the west side of thst crossing 2) it's been a few years since the last "fix" for the crossing where the intermittent stream enters Sheridan Creek. The fix involved a culvert, concrete and gravel. That area has eroded again. I'd like to suggest replacing that with a small bridge. Thank you!

Picnic Shelter on the north side of Bryan Park. Roof has been mossy for quite a while but now some shingles have come off.
