Customer unhappy with having to pay service charges over winter while in Florida
Customer unhappy with having to pay service charges over winter while in Florida
Cust is unhappy with having to pay the service charges for her irrigation meter over the winter months while not in use. Also, expressed that increase in irrigation water charges is excessive.
Mr. LaGrange sent letter explaining that IMI did not receive ww charge until 5/02 in the amount of $2,272.77. They paid this amount but have now received other ww bills and are asking for adjustment.
Fred Cate sent e-mail objecting to the adjustment in rate for irrigation water. Mr. Cate does not feel the amount of adjustment is justified.
Customer called asking why he is being billed fire protection on his irrigation meter. I explained to him it was a charge that has always been there it is now broken down separately. He says he pays it on his domestic meter and shouldn't have to pay it on his irrigation meter. I told him I would forward on his comments. He did want some else to call him back.
Mr. McCrea wrote and stated that he felt he should not pay for wastewater charges for filling his swimming pool. He requested a credit for the wastewater charges.
Mrs. Hughes called on 6/12/02 to talk about her bill. She said she was not credited for last payment and recd. bill for 4000 gallons for 1 week. I referred her to Margaret Dalle-Ave. Mrs. Hughes requested # for IURC which I gave to her.
Ms. Hanner requested an adjustment on her bill. She was in Florida for Christmas. Unit in toilet tank broke and water ran for most of three weeks. Cost $58.73 to repair. Her water bill was $516.94. She wants an adjustment.
Letter stated he wanted to complain about higher bill and extra charge. Did not understand why letter was not sent previous to sending out statements.
Ms. Sylvester called and stated that she and her neighbors wanted to state their feelings about the format of the new CBU bills. She does not think the bill is easier to read; in fact, it is much more confusing.
