Rockets is terrible about upkeep of the pumps. Multiple times I have visited to find the same pumps never stop upon a car or can being full. I’ve brought this issue up to management multiple times, but they’ve never fixed it and consumers end up spending money on wasted gas - also a hazard. I specifically know pump 13 has this issue.

With the construction going on in the Building Trades Park homeless people are starting to hang out in the church parking lot across the street. The security patrols for the park used to check out that parking lot but have stopped since the construction has started. This property was a house that was converted into a garage which is a building code violation on multiple levels. The property has broken down cars all the way up to the road, and the property is being operated as a business for fixing cars which is a complete violation of city ordinances.
On Tuesday October 29 xfinity technician came to Oaklawn park condos buried wire that had been unburied 3 weeks left flags and threw orange wire over the fence. Tired of being treated like dirt because I don’t have a home with a fenced in yard. Littering is illegal. I want the City to contact the regional manager xfinity and have a discussion at this point. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control.
