Mr. Hayford is concerned about the speed of drivers in the Southdowns/Jordan Ave. area. He says a lot of people walk in the area, especially to Bryan Park. Also, his 5 yr. old daughter walks w/ her daycare program with other young children through this area every day. "This is an accident waiting to happen."
