When I try blowing it up, I can only see a small section across the middle of each page. The transportation plan is readable. Why can't the Parks and Rec plan be readable as well?

At https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/parkingmap the map shows either Residential Parking or Other Permit Required (can't tell which as the symbols are identical) on one block South and one block East of the intersection E. Smith Ave. and S. Dunn St. I don't believe this is accurate. I have not seen signs posted in this area and there are not adjoining residences. They are also not in a Zone.
The road block on Rogers south of Tapp road is a serious road hazard for those who are turning left from westbound Tapp onto Rogers. The southbound lane of Rogers is blocked off so if you need to turn left, it is nearly impossible if someone is in the northbound lane of Rogers turning left. There is considerable local traffic in the area, especially to the Bloomington Country Club. This is a dangerous traffic hazard and is an accident on the way to happen. Please fix this situation.
To trash pick up service. I have asked now twice if the trash collectors can take a little more careful time and not have our trashcans dumped on their sides. It damages the trashcans as well as our driveway that we spent $1600 to resurface.

I understand that we are following a stay at home order. Yet when I went for a run today I saw guys working on construction at the City's Switchyard park and many other sites across the city, trees are being trimmed on many roads in the city, and near the Kroger on South Walnut the tire store was open, the verizon store was open, of course the Kroger was open, and the daycare center up the street had a bunch of cars and kids playing in their playground. What's going on? It is disconcerting to say the least. thank you.
Given that we are all house-bound and many of us are taking advantage of this to begin our spring yard clean up early, could the city move yard waste pick up to one week earlier? We have done so much work that our garage is full of bags and would love to do more, but are limited because we have to wait two weeks for the regularly scheduled April 13 pick up. It would be a great service to the community to have this early start and encourage more of us to get outside which is much healthier than staying in, beautifying our city while following stay-at-home orders. This South Carolina town has produced these very inexpensive masks and are handing them out for free. They are based on IU professor and Bloomington resident Jiangmei Wu's free origami design. They can be easily assembled by the user using rubber bands and are made of paper. Something for Bloomington to think about doing. Thank you.
