Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.

There is a large plant/tree growing into the corner of S. Davisson & W. Smith Ave. It makes it impossible to see around the corner to either drive straight on Smith or turn either direction on Davisson when stopped at the stop sign on Smith & Davisson.
