I see two potholes, each measuring approximately 12 to 20 inches in diameter. The first one is located at the intersection of E Hillside Drive on S High Street, and the second one is located on E Hillside Drive, approximately 15-50 yards east of the noted intersection where the first one exists. Hello - Following up to my prior report of an infestation to the city tree in front of our property at 724 S. Washington under uReport Case #202945, I received a message that Haskell Smith would come by to look at it, but the ticket was then closed so I've no way to further communicate with Haskell. I understand that Carpenter ants are opportunistic, but they can make things worse. I am still seeing lots of them around the base of the tree and the typical "saw dust" around the area to indicate some sort of boring insect infestation happening. Has anything been done to mitigate? I am hoping something can be done to save the tree before it gets out of control. I would contact an arborist, but since it is a city tree I assume it should be handled by the city.
