In installing a main fiber line, Trueline/AEG or its partner, removed the asphalt at the edge of the street and cut out a foot wide section of the city's paved drainage ditch. Erosion has occurred and further breakup of asphalt is likely. The area needs to be repaired and patched by someone.
The house owner passed away about 6 years ago & the family has stopped taking care of the property. The yard is over grown & it's causing snakes to show up around our house now. The house has also become a home for raccoons & possums.

And when it does turn red for north/south traffic on Patterson, it takes anywhere between 30 and 45 seconds to turn green again. This has been going on for several weeks now. We have tried multiple times to have 2 abandoned cars towed at Timber Ridge. Mackie properties said they would take care of them, but that was 6 months ago. Mackie knows the cars are abandoned, damaged, and have no license plates. Can the City help? It’s been reported to the HOA too
At the end of the street, there is very little light. It is not safe to be walking in the dark alone down that part of the street.
