Parking at the yellow line, driveway location. This is a dangerous situation when I drive onto 1st Street because I cannot see the incoming cars. Also, these cars block the trash cans for the Monday morning pickups. Some of the street lights near our home are not functioning. It is not safe to walk when it is dark. These light outages are along the main walking path that children and families use to walk to Childs Elementary School.
