The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. Right next to fire hydrant there is a collapsed green water disc creating a dangerous hole for someone to step in. Please repair this
The gravel alley just south of hunter between Highland and Ballentine has had its gravel washed away. There are big potholes and cars bottom out. This is the only way we can get into our driveway. Can the city either grade it level or put a top layer of gravel. In the winter it becomes impassible for some vehicles
sticks and leaves in bike lane on Washington between 1st and Dixie are getting pretty obnoxious

At the intersection of Clarizz and 3rd, near the corner closest to the Bloomingfoods, the unit for the pedestrian button is only loosely attached to the pole.
Vehicle repeatedly parked on this residential permit street without a valid City permit. It is not registered to any residence in the neighborhood and is being used as long-term storage parking. License # is ZST890
Recycling truck crew apparently was in such a galopping hurry this morning that they did not take enough time to properly empty our recycling can. Nothing in here is stuck. This is not the first time. They were there because the upper half of the contents of the can was emptied.
Another week or so has gone by. More trash piled up at 2998 S. Sare Rd. in plain sight of everyone in the neighborhood. Nothing has been done about it since my last report.
