Hey! I am wondering who is responsible for clearing the multi-use trail all along Bloomfield Rd? I thought it's the city's responsibility but it seems inconsistently cleared. The cap covering the water piece in the road is broken off. Kinda dangerous for kid's and dog's legs to fall into it. The cap piece is in the ditch close to it by the mailboxes. At the entrance of the road.
