I have at least 3 broken wires dangling from a utility line to near ground level in my back yard. I've had ATT and Comcast out, both either blame the other or claim the line belongs to my neighbor and they can't do anything to it without the neighbor's permission. Again, they're broken wires. They don't go anywhere. The utilities are just ignoring them and making excuses. Does the city offer me any options here? FWIW, last time I looked there were also wires hanging off of the next pole along the line at S Dunn St.
A branch broke off a tree in front of our house and it is blocking the sidewalk. The street in the picture is Cricket Knoll in Gentry Estates. Our address is 4403 E Carrington Ct.
A plumber (Paul Young Plumbing) has confirmed a fiber optic cross-bore has destroyed my sewer lateral. I need to file a damage claim and identify which contractor was boring in my area and get it fixed as soon as possible.

Pothole at exit to Summit Elementary, hazard for drivers exiting and those using the multiuse path along the north side of countryside. Was filled but due to weather is a big hole again. Will need to be packed down well.
The left turn signal for traffic facing east on Country Club Dr. wishing to turn north onto S. Walnut Street is not working. I sat through three complete rounds of signal changes with two cars in front of me and approx 7-8 behind me and no left turn arrow ever came on. This was on March 12, 2026.
There are 2 potholes next to each other in front of Duke energy on the 2nd street side. And one in front of Springpoint architects on 2nd street.
Street light is out; needs bulb replaced
We have had 8 bats in our house by now since the start of the year. 6 of them have been this semester alone. We are getting bats flying around inside our house weekly. We are renting through Chickering rentals and they have yet to solve the problem and it’s becoming a health hazard. We don’t know what to do at this point but we would like to get this reported to the city.
