Trash

Case Date:
6/12/2023

Maybe Adam Wason, to whom case #184137 has been assigned, could also check out the trash situation at the bus stop on Woodcest, across from the Credit Union, closest to the shops. Passengers are using a shopping cart that was abandoned there as a trash can now! What other proof is needed that a trash can at that bus stop would be very useful.

Query the status of U-Request #181718, dating from 10/4/2022, about placing a trash can at the City Transit bus stop at the Mall entrance that is closest to the Endwright Center East. There is always trash lying around there. This stop badly needs a trash can.

Water Utility Billing Problems

Case Date:

Water bill for 10/1 is $128 and charging for use of 5,000 gallons of water. We feel that this is much too high and that we do not use 5,000 gallons. Looking to determine if there’s a possible leak or billing mistake.

Utilities Construction

Case Date:
11/2/2023

The folks installing the fiber optic have severed what seems to be the main water line on the North side of Etter Drive, at about 6:30 pm, Thursday Nov 2. Water is gushing above the street, and beginning to flood lots.
