Is parking allowed on E. Maxwell, between the 1400 block and High Street. There are two "No Parking" signs, one at the corner of High St and Maxwell; and the 1500 block has only zone parking. I'm asking because when cars are parked on Maxwell in the area without signage, the street becomes very narrow. I do not believe on street parking is allow between the 1400 block and approximately the 1900 block. Just asking for clarification. Thank you. V/r, Mark

This house had a serious fire two or three years ago. I heard last summer that they were starting renovation, but nothing much seems to have happened since then. I don’t believe anyone is living there; from how it looks from outside, I hope not The yard is seriously overgrown. I hope someone from the city can reach out to the owners and help them in so way either renovate the house or sell the house to someone who can. I understand a large family lived there and I wonder if they need some assistance. I live nearby but don’t know the owners to reach out to them. Thank you.

1st world problem, but this wonderful bridge on the trail is at risk of being overwhelmed by grape and mulberry vines / branches soon. It's not a problem yet, but will likely be an issue by September. I would volunteer my weedwacker to fix it, but.... lawyers. Please put this bridge on your to-do list. You did a great job on the tree fall on the SE Park Lower path last month.

A bunch of potholes on Sare between Jackson Creek Middle School and Claybridge Dr. That section of road just needs redone at this point, but minimally, there are a few very deep potholes that were once temporarily plugged and now reopened again. Thank you.

The condition of the main roads within the city are the worst I’ve ever seen in the years I’ve lived here. Should we have to be still dodging potholes in mid May? I’d like to know what the road improvement schedule is for the city this year please. Can you send me that ? ALSO ….. Can you explain why funds were prioritized to fully pave AND install TONS of speed bumps recently in these areas : E Arden Dr, E Windsor Dr, E Wilton Dr, S Oxford Dr, E Thornton Dr, S Maxwell St, S Highland Ave, S Covey Ln OVER taking care of our heavily traveled roads like High Street and many others? Over 5ft tall poison hemlock directly off sidewalk across from Chambers st on Rogers. This is highly toxic for humans & animals. It's often mistaken for Queen Anne's Lace, a non toxic plant that people like to cut for flowers. This is a dangerous look alike that pedestrians might be think is safe to handle. It isn't! Please cut these down for safety

Wondering when this plate in front of our house can be replaced or fixed. The hole underneath and large gap under the plate (large enough for most animals to crawl into) is, I believe, causing our basement to flood like it hasn’t in 15 years of living here. Thanks.
