Wood chips in skate park
Excessive Growth. Abandoned construction debris.
A few deep pot holes in the street in front of my house. Also potholes at the corner of Ballantine and 2nd Street. Thank you Eric Kahrs
On June 1, Case #211214 reported the sidewalks at the southeast corner of Hawthorne and Hunter as being blocked by bushes, vines, and infestations of poison ivy. On June 2 the case was listed as closed. The bushes are cut back, but not sufficiently, the vines still are running across the sidewalk, and the poison ivy is thicker that it was before.
Concrete waste bag, sitting in sidewalk for the last 3 months. Bag is on the east side of Lincoln Street.
There is a large hole in the road. It's very close to the crosswalk along rogers, and right in the path (no sidewalk here) on the side of Graham. Someone could step in it and break their ankle.
Please paint the new speedbump on rogers bright yellow or with stripes. I do not think that the signs are visible enough, especially at night.
Case #210393 needs to be reopened. Duke was putting ruts back in the same spot that was repaired and growing well. I went out and took some pictures of the damage done(attached). Duke was there on June 16th inspecting a telephone pole. Then on the 17th, parked a work truck there creating new ruts. If this is going to be a pattern by Duke, maybe they need to install concrete pads on both side of the telephone pole for the trucks to park on... My recommendation would be correctly installed Turfstone Pavers with grass seed in the openings... https://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/landscaping-materials/pavers-patio-blocks/24-x-16-turfstone-paver/1791963/p-1444441475214-c-5786.htm
The water fountain for the dog park at switchyard is not working.
