Street lights are still out at Oakdale apartments despite allegedly being put on the maintenance list. The lights have been out for about 6 months now. We’re quickly losing daylight hours and having no street lights is a safety concern and unacceptable.

Water from the tap tastes odd, like it has a hint of algae. Taste and smell are similar to aquarium water. Concerned to consume or use it. No visible cloudiness or parts.

Grass and weeds have grown excessively preventing walking and mailbox access

Excessively over grown grass along road side and entire yard. House is already very run down in general. Not sure if anyone lives there.

Pedestrian crosswalks on newly paved S High St remain unmarked in this high traffic/high pedestrian school zone. Unacceptable.

There is a very dangerous limb (a widowmaker) hanging from the tree over Dodds. This is not the snag in front of the blue house. It is the gray house which has a big tree in front. The limb is facing down toward the road, and would no doubt kill someone if it hit them or their car.

Multiple cars abandoned in driveway. The Nissan SUV has been there longer than the current tenant. They have been there for 2 years. In the past 2 weeks they towed up another car (Dodge charger) into the driveway that hasn't moved in the past 2 weeks. It's a nuisance to look at and quite frankly brings the property value down and potentially can cause rodents.
