First, thanks for weed removal along Dodds, from Morton to Rogers. This problem is the condition of the Fagan Stone property. It has some wild flowers but is overgrown with weeds, shrubs, small trees, some several feet tall. Never cared for or mowed, it gives the neighborhood a trashy look.
This 4 way intersection currently has a two way stop sign. I’ve lived on Park for about 4 years and have seen many close calls, some with other automobiles, but also with scooters, bikes, and pedestrians. There is typically a lot of Templeton Elementary school traffic and kids walking to school crossing this intersection. Additionally the intersection view is very obstructed due to a large tree with undergrowth on the school property. Ultimately although I am no expert it seems like a four-way stop sign could solve many of these issues, in addition to trimming the lower limbs of the large tree.
Likely less than 12' lane clearance
I live nearby (across Walnut) in Broadview near Rogers St. The amplified metronome click used during band rehearsals (marching band? and/or during games) carries extremely loudly right into our home and creates a significant sensory disruption. Even with windows and doors closed, it is noticeable inside the house. We have had to stop leaving our windows open in the afternoons and evenings due to this nuisance sound. Is there any way the horn speaker could reduce its volume, or angled down toward the field or rotated away from the residential side of the stadium? Any small tweak to the speaker direction would make a massive difference for us neighbors.
re: #214091, the phone is still ringing at all hours and clearly heard inside homes with windows and doors closed. Even during the day, this seems excessively loud, but esp after hours, why does the ring need to broadcast outside the premises?

ATT just installed fiber access for my neighbor. They tapped the line that passes in front of my property and just hung a wire in the middle of the air over my yard. its probably less than 15ft off the ground over my neighbors driveway. Maybe slightly higher in my yard, directly over a tree I planted that will within a year or two become a nuisance for this half-baked install (considering it doesn't get yanked down by a car immediately). It looks like trash and is a hazard. Please have them remove/redo.

Its less than 15ft off the ground, dangles over a tree I just planted in my yard that will absolutely cause issues for the install (considering it doesn't get yanked out by a car driving under it). Please have them take this down before it causes an accident.
There are more than the allowed number of adult occupants. They also consistently park a large truck directly in front of the stop sign, blocking visibility.
There has been a "One Lane Road Ahead" sign on the sidewalk in front of our house for at least a week. Yesterday it was moved from the sidewalk into our front yard. There is no road lane reduction ahead, so this sign should be removed.
