Unsafe Buildings

Case Date:
6/7/2021

Does anyone know what is going on at 4224 East Penn Ct? This is the home that had the terrible fire damage. It now appears that someone is living there, and are converting it into some sort of art installation/ haunted house. The entire front yard is fenced in, including the driveway. I checked GIS and a sale has not been made since Mark Harper purchased it in 2013. Any insight into what is going on down there would be great. I mean, the windows are all still boarded up. Is someone squatting there??

Potholes, Other Street Repair

Case Date:

Just checking in on closed case, thank you. Could sure use some asphalt thrown down if delay in paving Pickwick will be long. #175370 Potholes, Other Street Repair: Other: As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done. Thank you! I visited Griffey lake today and utilized the kayak rental and one of the staff members was very rude and unwelcoming. I usually wouldn’t write feedback about something but he created a bad experience for no reason.

Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. The branches are large and hit cars parked on street and also impacts pedestrians using public sidewalk. Thank you. Trish Ierino 3900 Stonegate Dr 812 322 9331

On the north side of Sheridan where it intersects E First there is an overhanging branch that hits our car antenna every time we drive by. Hard to see whose property it is.

I am concerned about the fireworks and loud music every night in RCA Park. I understand the park is open until 11:00. I would like to know what noise level is reasonable for a community park. I would like to have some peace and be able to sleep at night. I would also prefer to be reasonable in my expectations. Any advice is appreciated.
