Has lived there 1 1/1 mos. Neighbors have trash all over yard. Can't even tell there is a yard. Has complained before (see C2206 & C1403) House appears to be mostly vacant - can't tell if anyone lives there.
At the corner of Park/Wilson the lawn needs to be mowed.

Growth up to the corner of both 1200 and 1201 make it hard to see for both cars and pedestrians turning off of or onto S park to the south
Larry Robinson called in to report illegal dumping in his roll off dumpster at 1200 S Park. Items include spool of pex pipe and other misc items.
the protected left turn light from westbound patterson to south rogers is only long enough to let about 3 cars go through. if any cross traffic fails to stop before the light is red, sometimes no cars can proceed before the protected signal ends. please consider increasing the length of time the left turn light stays green.
