Biking/walking path between South Roosevelt and South Jefferson (East 4th street) has weeds over 5ft tall. The vegetation is out of control. Also, vines are covering the pathway street light.

Business signage blocking wheelchair access. I shoved the sign off the sidewalk today (8/29) but didn't speak to the business. Please check back with the business to explain to not block the sidewalk for accessibility

Parking is allowed on the east side of the road, which makes it impossible for two vehicles to pass since parking is also allowed on west side of road. Unsafe near collision observed this morning. Should change to only allow parking on one side.
Potholes in northbound lanes
This house has been vacant for approximately 6 years or so . Perhaps longer .there is no a rat problem in the neighborhood. I went in front porch today and looked in window and saw what appears to be rat feces on floor of room to the right. I know there is only so much city can do but is it possible to put out traps in alley ? Several neighbors have rat problems and we are all dealing with it as best we can on our properties, but with an abandoned house and a hoarder house at 823 it feels like we are fighting losing battle . Thank you
