Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you
