I believe this is a city maintained light at Chris Lane. The label says "10" on it. It is out and there is a very dark patch at the lane. There are a number of children walking to the bus stops in this area.

The front porch rails are broken out, the rails appear to be unstable, sagging and possibly rotted. The porch sets up high above grade where the porch rails are out. There is a young child living in the house. This presents a danger. Jeff Jones/Pendragon owns this property. This has been the case for the past 2+ years. This family is a new renter and this was not repaired between renters.

This Jeff Jones rental property has bagged trash piled along the garage door by the full trash cans. There is also trash in the front yard (cans, soda bottles) and strewn around the front walkway and drive way. There is lumber by the front mail box that has been there for weeks.
